Philosophy - (honesty, trust, goal oriented)
Honesty elicits a high degree of importance as part of my client responsibilities.  My buyers receive ALL the relevant real estate information which I possess regarding a particular property.  This includes the extremely good, the bad and the ugly.  I look for red flags that help my buyers choose wisely.  I started working in real estate in the early eighties and know when I see value in a property.  I began working exclusively with only buyers in 1998.

Often buyers do not realize that many agents in real estate offices work for the seller and those agents MUST disclose buyer information to their seller client.  As an informed consumer, you must ask a broker if they could possibly be a "disclosed dual agent" or a "designated agent" and ask how that would impact YOU as their client.  This is the critical reason YOU need buyer representation and an agent who works for YOU without every becoming a dual agent....and at NO additional cost.  I take the role as buyer protector.  However, I do not infringe upon the expertise of attorneys or home inspectors.

My goal is to find YOU the best home available which meets your parameters at the best price & terms.  I focus my efforts on "the search," presenting a competitive market analysis, discussing our negotiation tactics, presenting the offer, going on a home inspection, renegotiating after home inspection for safety and structural issues, and bringing you through a final walk-through and attending the closing.
